First Visit

Our first visit to your home will allow us to meet you and your dog. We will discuss your needs and thoroughly clean your yard of accumulated dog poo. Once we have completely cleaned your yard we will collect your fee for the first month's services.

Note: Our first visit may incur an additional fee if there is an excessive amount of dog waste. This fee will be quoted on our arrival at your premises. This fee is a once only charge to allow for the extra time required to clean up the excessive waste.

What we do during each visit

We will clean your property thoroughly of all accumulated dog poo and take the waste away with us.
We will thoroughly disinfect our equipment before and after each visit.
We inform you of any apparent irregularities with your dog's poo.
We fill up the dog's water bowl when necessary and close the gate securely when we leave.
A service slip is left with each visit to your property.

More Helpful Information

Please monitor our work during the first few visits to make sure that we have not missed any of your dog's favourite hiding places.
Long grass/weeds make it difficult to locate and scoop up your dog's poo. We will do our best under such circumstances to remove all of your dog's waste.
Please be aware that an unrestrained, aggressive dog will prevent our staff from successfully completing a weekly service.
